Poem 2nd Chronicles
Poem 2nd Chronicles
In kingdom's reign and prophet's sight,
The Chronicles, in God's pure light,
In the Second book, truth takes flight,
A tale of faith, of might, and right.
Of Solomon, wise and grand,
Who built the temple on God's command,
A monument in the Holy Land,
A testament to God's own hand.
Through kings and queens, the story's told,
Of hearts devout, and hearts turned cold.
Yet, in God's grace, his plan unfolds,
A tale of love, from days of old.
The Chronicles, the second scroll,
Speak of a nation's rise and fall,
Yet, through it all, one truth consoles,
God's love endures, the greatest call.
His love's a beacon, a guiding light,
In peaceful days and darkest night.
His word a path, His yoke is light,
In Him, we find our truest might.
So, let's turn our hearts, confess our sins,
With our repentance, a new life begins.
Believe in Christ, let Him within,
And know the joy of being born again.
